After making intial contact and providing information, here is his response. So, does this smell like a rose or something esle? He will use the remaining balance settle some custom protocol andtransport himself down to your place to do the pickup which afterwards he gets the goods down to my residence. Some sh*t-head tried scamming me out of my DeArmond M-75 that I've got up for sale. He was quite a bit more subtle, though.
