I started off by using one idea I had seen on a pawn shop close to where I live which was a black tele by Sammick, so I bought the black body. Then I saw your guitar, and that was it There are some minor differences: fully scalloped fretboard, black screws on the pickguard, neck pickup, electronics, etc. When I get home tonight I will try to post a picture. Any tonal improvement?? I put Graphtech saddles on all my guitars. They do add minimal sustain and darken the tone a tad I feel, but it's not a big difference. The main reason I like them is because I have not broken a string in 3 years... no lie. And I practice with my band 3 nights a week and gig at least twice a month.
