Members yabba
ideally, F-spaced; but in practice, it doesn't really matter much (non f-spaced will work just fine)

Members Sun Devil
In a nutshell: Regular humbucker pup's were based on the PAF,so the screws align with Gibson string spacing. The idea with "F"ender spaced pups is that the screws line up with the strings on Strat-type guitars with wang-bars.(Like an RG) Sound-wise it may make a tiny bit of difference if you're a cork-sniffer. They'll both work. But as far as looks, I'd go for the F-spaced pup on an RG.

Members angry again2
I put in a f-spaced SDuncan JB in my RG 520QS and the strings line up with the pickup poles perfectly so I'd say definately get f-spaced pup for your RG.
