Really? Can you hook me up with a link or two?

I've been on a few of the Japanese sites, but I always get lost and can't figure out how to get to the guitars... I never was very good with other languages. :freak:

This was my experience too. It actually sounded very much like a junior should sound, even w/ the bucker, but I could never keep it in tune...
:(

Do you think the problem is with the bridge, strings, neck, nut or tuners?

Usually on the cheaper models, the nut seems to be the primary culprit of tuning problems...

Did you fix it on yours? I'm thinking about ditching mine, but I'd hate to sell someone a POS on principal...

Nut replacement, grease, pencil lead, what?

True, but it's got to be better than a broken nut.

At least this is quick and over with...kinda' like I'd rather be killed by a gun than a grapefruit spoon...

No. I took it back- didn't feel like messin' w/ it. I'd buy another though, if it was problem free- sure there are some out there. I really did like the sound...

Ltd. Ed. ''57 Les Paul Junior Reissue - What could be simpler than surface-mounting one dog-ear P-90 pickup on a slab of mahogany? But perhaps it is this simplicity that contributes to the Les Paul Jr's ability to so consistently produce great tone. And now, Epiphone recreates this classic set-neck, all-solid wood model at a price that everyone can afford. We've even added a P-100 humbucker for pure rock tone with no noise.

That P90 looks too far away from the bridge to me !

The '55 had it's pup close to the bridge, but the '56 on did not, if I remember correctly...

I'm really curious to hear what people think of the new Epi Jr, though. Now I'm kind of GASing for one...

AGILE, makes some nice LP clones ($200).

Bought an AGILE AL-2000 Gold Top, with P-90 pups: $159!

Vey nice, sweet sounding guitar, for the $$

Check out, Rondo Music.

Good luck with your search!!

(fun isn't it!?)

I'm looking for a Junior. They used to have one, but not any more.

I found a really nice Edwards one, but for the price, I can get a Gibson.

I think the bridge angle may be an issue as well. Here is a '57.

Jay Turser, makes a guitar, with a single dog-eared P-90 pup. (model# JT-45)

Looks interesting, bit I have not heard great things about Jay Turser guitars.

Anyone have any info, on this model?

Reviews on HC, have been good?

$179, with free shipping.
