Where to get mineral oil from guitar neck?

You want to get LIGHT mineral oil, the stuff from the drug store is the purest. If they don't have it, they can order it and you can do it during your next string change. Most of the things you buy in guitar store are just low grade mineral oil, "lemon Oil" which has nothing to do with lemons, is also mineral oil but with a solvent added.

Use it twice the first year, then once a year after that if you play at home and twice a year if you gig out.

Use Old English Lemon Oil instead.It contains NO teflon and is a better fretboard and neck cleaner/polisher.

Works on Ebony,Maple,Rosewood,Pau Ferro and any other neck & fretboard surface.

what makes it better? It's light mineral oil w/ solvents...check the msds.'

 

There is just way too much myth and marketing around all this....
