The "Professional" series was an entry level import series. They're hit and miss... they might be tough to buy without playing first, but that's cheap enough you could take a chance.

 

 

No, that would be the Performers. Pros were all made in japan and every one I've sen has been good.

 

150 isn't exactly suspiciously cheap, I've seen plenty of japanese jacksons and charvels for 150-250 in stores.

Absolutely fake. The truss rod cover is wrong (looks like Ibanez), the Jackson logo is too small compared to the Professional logo, and from the little bit of the headstock shape that is visible in the pic, it looks like a Gibson/Epiphone/Hamer shape. Also, Jackson never made a V body like that on a production guitar, or any with that awful pickguard.

If it feels good and sounds ok, that is a pretty good deal in North America.


Is $150 a lot of $$$ in Indonesia? I'm not familiar with Indonesian prices.
