Pros were all made in japan and every one I've sen has been good. 150 isn't exactly suspiciously cheap, I've seen plenty of japanese jacksons and charvels for 150-250 in stores. The truss rod cover is wrong (looks like Ibanez), the Jackson logo is too small compared to the Professional logo, and from the little bit of the headstock shape that is visible in the pic, it looks like a Gibson/Epiphone/Hamer shape.
