Members nevermind
Gentle Souls, Please help me find a Rotary Switch for my poor old decrepit guitar. I need a 3 position 2 pole switch, and I've tried all the usual suspects i can think of.
Members Wyatt
Many, if not most, rotary switches can be set to limit the number of poles available. That is, you can get a 6 position 2 pole switch and by just adjusting the switch you can set it for 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 positions. On cheaper switches, it just means bending a lug up to block the path, or more thought out switches, it means adjusting a washer under the mounting nut. So, double check the ones you have looked at already.
Members killyridols
I got one. I replaced the rotary switch on my squier '51 with a gibson style 3 way toggle.
