Yes, DG is coming out with a DVD "Remember that night" IIRC, from his
"On an Island" tour. FWIW, in interviews I've read, David's not ashamed to
use as many effects necessary to get the sound he wants. I'll just wait for
an SX Black/Black/Maple SST-57 strat copy. I already planted the seed in
Kurt's mind. It's only a matter of time. I don't have the kind of cash for that
Fender. It won't make me play like him, so no can has. Though I totally
idolize David "don't call me Dave" Gilmour, I don't want to sound just like him.
Though his influence is very strong in my playing, I want my own style.
BTW- I wouldn't throw that much cash down on a Jeff Beck strat, either.
