Members ilovemystrat
in a band situation which would overly sound better (even two les pauls)? or am i just dumb and wrong here?
Members ShizzelDizzel
I think common sense says a Les Paul and Strat would cover the spectrum better than two of the same guitars but then again, there are a thousand other variables. Such as the type of music, amps, FOH, the ability of each player to tweak their equipment, etc.

Members Prages
Any two guitars can work well with each other or clash with each other. You just have to work with the other guitarist, regardless of what he's playing, in order for both of you to get tones that you're happy with that compliment each other and don't clash. Exactly what he said.
