Members csm
If you're referring to the black plastic selector switch tip, the only answer is ... Faith. Prayer. Will-power. Leading a righteous life. Crossing all fingers not actually required for playing. You can glue it into place, but if you ever need to remove the control plate to get at the wiring, you'll devoutly wish you hadn't.
Members GarysBlues
Take a small piece of paper and place it over the bare metal Switch Tip. Then push on the Switch Tip over the paper. That will snug it up. Use folded paper if you need a thicker piece? I've done this more than once and it works fine.
