Members docjeffrey
whats cheaply made about it? i mean, obviously its a cheap guitar, but... just curious how you define that. Well, let's start with the pots and wiring (zoom in on the soldering job)And then make a quick stop at the headstockThen there's the nut and the inlays that smudge:All of those things can be fixed except for the headstock. There are a lot of resourceful, creative people around here that could make that into a fine player.
Members ihavenofish
nothing wrong with the pots. they are small, but they work, they have audio taper... if yer judging pots by cosmetics... you got the wrong priorities in judging a guitar. headstock is just the way they are done. epis are done the same way, as are agiles, SX, and virtually every other lower line guitar. looks strange on that angle, but i dont see it as relevant to the feel of the guitar. as for the inlays, thats been covered 100 times now. its not my fault you want to read whats been said. i consider them a big upgrade over the {censored}ty plastic used on most lower line guitars.
