Members spokenward
You can download FLAC here: http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html If FLAC is already installed on your PC you can open a command promptnavigate to the file directorygive the following command: flac -d name_of_file_here.flac you can see all of the commands with flac -h or download one of the lightweight frontends to FLAC like this one http://members.home.nl/w.speek/flac.htm

Members spokenward
That would be a PATH or ENVIRONMENT problem. You could search for flac.exe. and add that location to your PATH environment variable. This appears to be a pretty lucid page on the subject:http://vlaurie.com/computers2/Articles/environment.htm They link to the MS reference pages for XP. Members Cry Logic
Flac front end works like a charm....and fast too....Here's a nifty page on The Lossless Audio Blog that explains how to add flac functionality to WMP and also has links to a little proggy called WMP Tag Support Extender that will add Tag support for Flac (and Ape and Ogg Vorbis) to WMP.
