Yeah they are Gibson Signature passive Tony Iommi pickups and that is the standard price now. At one point they were selling for $599. I noticed Sweetwater kept them at $499 and eventually MF lowered their price to $499 as well. I think it's a good guitar, but it's more of a question of "are those Iommi pups right for you"?
