How does th e R30 live up to that claim? Say that a good Fender style clean is most important, but a good drive is a bonus, will this deliver? Or should I just get a DRRI and a pedal? So I think you'll enjoy this clip, as I have done, which is of the new Venus 3. It is supposedly based on the clean channel of the Venus 6. I've tried the Venus 6 and indeed the clean channel appealed more to me than did the dirt channel despite my general preference for dirt. I am less happy with the solid body demos of the Venus 3, but this is a hallmark in excellent tone. Sorry, can't help you with what you were asking.
