Members Schappy
I am curious about the neck on the C-1 Blackjack. Does anyone have experience with this guitar? Is the 26.5" scale hard to play? Also how good are the Duncan Designed pickups in the other Schecter models?
Members Dewysoss
Its not 26.5" scale, the C7 is. Duncan Designed = {censored}, in my experience.

Members Finch88
I've never played the C-1, but I can't imagine it being much more difficult to play compared to a 25.5" guitar, unless you have really small fingers and want to do 5 fret stretches in the lower registers. I have played a couple 25.5" Schecters in the past, and the necks never seem to feel right in my hands. Same always went for ESP guitars, and basses from either of the brands. But there are so many people who swear by them, so they must be nice for most people. Plus they are generally very versatile and have good sound for a low price. FWIW, Duncan Designed pickups aren't always bad ... some sets are actually VERY nice, others aren't as nice. They get the job done though if you happen to get some lemons. Members noizemakr73
That might be the baritone blackjack on MF.
Members Saturn
It's a 25.5 neck on the C-1. Looked at a few a while ago. All around nice guitars. The neck felt kind of off to me. LP in a way chunky which is good in my book but just not right for my playing. It may have been the LP thickness on the 25.5 scale length that was throwing me off.
