i have seen these two strats on ebay, and they seem pretty good.

i was just wondering if they are legit, as the price seems pretty low, they seem to have good pickups, and they red one is supposed to be a deluxe players, but i don't see the push button thing.

on a side note, how are those EMG single coils?

On the Deluxe Player's, I'm guessing the original pup's were replaced with a pre-wired pickguard with the Gilmour's, since that's one way EMG offers them. That would explain why you aren't seeing the button:

That said, I don't recall seeing the Deluxe Player's Strat offered in red (I had a honey blonde one), nor does it normally come with a case, much less a tweed one. Still, the rest of the description fits (e.g., the 12" fretboard). With a tweed OHSC and that pickup upgrade (assuming you like them; the EMG's aren't my thing), it looks like a great bargain.

The second one looks sweet, sort of like the Fender Vintage Reissue Hot Rod '57. It's an MIJ, and that signals high quality.

They both look like great deals to me. Seller has good feedback; if you like one or the other, I'd go for it. My preference would be the 2nd one, though I'd probably swap out the bridge pup.
