Members LiveMusic Posted September 12, 2008 Members Share Posted September 12, 2008 This has happened to me several times and I guess I'll have to abandon this. I use Gmail, along with Thunderbird. When an email comes in, a little window will pop up in the lower right of my screen and I will see a piece of this new email... but on certain occasions it will NOT arrive in my Inbox. But if I login to a web-based Gmail, it's in my inbox there. Is there anything I could have set up wrong? Seems like I recall something about IMAP being better. Is that an email acronym? Maybe I have a setting on something else, like POP3 or something, I don't recall. All I know is that it is weird that 99% of my emails will arrive in Thunderbird but that 1% that don't...
