The only other option might be *gasp* Guitar Center up in West Palm. Call and ask for Scott Gailor - if he can't help you, he'll know who can. Members mlamarche Posted February 16, 2006 Author Members Share Posted February 16, 2006 Thanks for all the help...as far as the facrory service here in Broward , it's either MAE or Sam Ash...I brought my jmp-1 into both places and they could not fix it....where do you go from there, I tried contacting Marshall via their web site to no avail...you cant get an e-mail, name or Phone # for anyone via the customer support page....
