Members romalagajini
Hi.I am a master of Logic who was abandoned when it was discontinued on PC.I have gained recognition from a multiplatinum producer for a song i did at 92k however i know i need to go 192 for the album (which i am about to do).I know from experience with 92 that i am going to run in to problems doing 192 and i want to know if anyone knows of ANY serious recording software that can be used on a 64bit PC platform (i believe you need to have m-audio hardware with pro-tools).If anyone has found a way of emulating logic 5.5 (or even 5) successfully in a 64 bit system i would also love to know.P.S - I have just spent about $6000 creating a studio (so going to a studio is not an option). Members MrJoshua
Why on Earth do you need to move to 192kHz recording? It's debatable whether there's any benefit from going above 44.1 or 48kHz, much less going above 88.1 or 96!
CMS Author Craig Vecchione Posted June 30, 2009 CMS Author Share Posted June 30, 2009 He doesn't. This was a spam thread. His signature linked to some website backlinking subscription software. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and removed the link and warned him not to do that, but he installed it again, so now he's gone.

I was also going to ask him why he didn't ask this question in one of the recording forums...
Members monthlymixcd
FWIW... I've run trouble-free for several years on an AMD box using 64 Studio. For FREE. The newest kernel is really stable and very hardware friendly. Again... FWIW. (Just an attempt to make this thread useful.)
