I've never swallowed a mic, but I've had dimwit dancers jar my boom stand, sending the mic into my lips and teeth. I've busted my lip once or twice this way. It just has an irresistable camel-needle, needle-haystack, perfect storm kind of quality. And the camera perosn gawks and ogles exactly long enough before propriety kicks in and the camera shuts off.
