Members UTbone04 Posted December 26, 2013 Members Share Posted December 26, 2013 Has anybody used or know someone who has used these new direct drive crank stands from Global/Duratruss? I'm specially interested in the DT-PRO4000 and it looks like a much better option than a traditional winch/cable design like the ST-132. However, I talked to a guy at a lighting production company that said he heard some components of these new stands snapping/breaking. Wondering what you guys think? The ST-132 stands have worked great for the 3 years I've had them so I would expect these direct drive stands to work even better for costing twice as much.
