Members aristeas
Can I run a line from my bass amp's 'line out' jack to a PA input? Or do I need anything in between to avoid blowing up the PA? Would running a line from the 'send' jack on the effects loop be any different? Members theelmsrock
Yes, you can run a line from the bass amp line-out to the PA input. If all you have is an effects send, that will work as well, but it will be post-volume control. Meaning, if you adjust your amp volume, it will adjust the amount of signal fed to the PA board. Plus, with the effects send,I believe you'll have to use a "Y" so that you can run to the board as well as send the signal back into the amp.
