Members ShakaCthulu
I don't want to create trouble for this seller, but I don't understand this: http://cgi.ebay.com/The-Mad-Capsule-Markets-T-SHIRT-Medium-Rec-Delivery_W0QQitemZ330060969809QQihZ014QQcategoryZ53250QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Now, granted, they're completely honest that their t-shirts are %100 unauthorized, but does that excuse them from profiting off of somebody else's designs, name, etc? If they got permission, then I don't see anything wrong with it. But if not, it just seems wrong to me for someone to profit off of somebody else's design work and name. The Mad Capsule Markets are fairly big in Japan, but it's not like they're rich or anything.
Phil O'Keefe
Well, I'd say that the seller is on very shaky ground. Using someone else's name or trademark and then selling it on a T-Shirt seems "wrong" to me. I'm sure that if the owners of those trademarks were aware of it, they probably wouldn't be too happy about it, and might request that Ebay "pull" the auction and send the guy a cease and desist order... Members ShakaCthulu
Glad I'm not alone here. I don't really care if the band sells 1,000,000 CDs or 100, it still seems wrong to me to do that (for profit at least).
