Members ShakaCthulu
Eventually I plan to buy a good drum-kit, a set of decent mics to a submixer, and roll my own breaks via the magic of software. But as that's not a reality at the moment, I generally have to bust my ass finding/tweaking-out the perfect drumloop. I hate the standard Techno electronic drums, not my style at all. Anyone have a sample cd of funky drum loops that you swear by? Sony produces a few, anyone have their stuff?.....I'm looking for medium tempos, i.e. 95 bpms and under, as it's easier to beatslice that range. I don't want compression and reverb on there, I HATE it when they do that! Makes the stuff a pain to use productively.
