Members Yoozer
If it's not in the presets, you'll have to make it yourself. There should however be a preset called "Saw Lead" in the GM bank; that is probably the closest if the others don't work. Anyway, the recipe is as follows (this assumes you have an initialized patch; if you can't find anything, just choose an existing patch of an organ sound. That'll generally work) Set for both oscillators the Velocity SW L->H to 001. This will make things easier: you'll only have to adjust the "High" multisamples for both oscillators. Set Oscillator Mode to "Double". This means you use both oscillators. Set these both to a saw waveform. That's nr. 263 in the list. Alternatively, you could try nr. 211 which I suspect is a so-called supersaw. If it doesn't sound close, just pick nr 263 for both. Subtly detune one of them. This you can find in the Oscillator menu under "Tune". Don't set it too high; 10 or 15 should suffice. Just leave the other at 0. Set the Pitch EG intensity to 0.5 (if that's possible). The "Jump" sound has something like a "twang" at the start - but it's very fast and not that extreme. To get that, the pitch EG needs to look like a little hump in the road. You can do this as follows: - Attack level to 50% of the maximum value - Attack time to 5% of the maximum value - Decay time to 5% of the maximum value - Break level to 0 - Sustain level to 0 - rest doesn't matter because it should no longer influence the sound. You can find a picture of the pitch EG on page 51 of the manual; you see that when Break Level and Sustain level are to zero, you get the "hump" you need. For the filter, choose the 24 db lowpass. The Jump sound is rather bright. Set the cutoff high. Set the resonance to zero. That should get you pretty close. It takes some experimenting, but spend a night on it and it'll work. I don't have a Triton Le myself, but with this recipe you should be able to get somewhere . Unless someone of course comes up with a Triton Le patch which already sounds like the Jump sound . There's a dedicated Korg forum for the Triton series and more; you could ask there . http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/
Members idiotboy
He could ask egens, but then he'd be talking to himself. And then people would think he's crazy...oh..wait...

No need to do any of that. Just use a fast Portamento. That's what Eddie used on the OB-Xa.
