Members keybdwizrd
On Myspace, I surfed into a MP3 recording of a young woman (Jessica Sonner) playing her guitar and singing a song called "Rescue Me." The song stuck with me. Using a program called Wiretap for the Mac, I snagged the streaming MP3 from Myspace into an AIFF file, which I then imported into Digital Performer. From there, I used Mach Five 2 to add drums and organ, MOTU Ethno to add some harmonica, and my trusty ol' Roland JV1080 to play fretless bass. I tweaked up her vocal and guitar track with EQ, reverb, limiter, etc. I then remixed the whole thing into stereo, mastered it in DP, and exported it back to MP3, which can be found here:Rescue Me (additional instruments played by me) I emailed Ms. Sonner, sent her the link, and she seems really pleased with it. Maybe we'll do some collaboration sometime... who knows. Is the internet cool, or what?
Members lewey
not the type of music that would inspire me to do anything, but you did a damn fine job... the instruments found their natural space in the mix

Members OPEN OCEAN
btw you could simply email her and ask for the accapellas...if she is not well known and handles myspace herself she would be able to provide them...also nicely done...
