If you're looking for something in the "compact" size and price range, the Mackie Onyx 1640 (16 input channels plus stereo aux returns) has six aux sends, each of which can be set to pre- or post-fader with a switch on the front panel. The Allen & Heath WZ312M monitor mixer has 16 input channels and 12 mix outputs that can be configured either mono or as stereo pairs (level and pan rather than two individual level controls) and is very configurable.
