Members Newman
I agree. Look for a decent used kit at your local music store or on e-bay. If nobody has told you yet, there is no advantage to buying a supercheap drumset for beginners. If you buy a crap kit and you improve your skills and get serious about playing, you are going to want something better. And if you find out you dont like drumming, you wont be able to sell your crap kit for more than half of what you paid. Its better to get a descent used kit because it will have better resale, and you will use it longer before you upgrade.
Members Chabo
I recommend getting a used Tama, Pearl, or Yamaha.
