Members singergirl246
I'm 16 years old and I've made the top 14 in my towns talent competition. I'm also the youngest out of the group. For my next song I choose to sing You make me feel like a natural woman the version Kelly Clarkson did on American Idol and during the song she has a whistle note she hits. I can hit it pretty well but do you think I should do the note or not? Also will it impress the people who are voting?

Members grace_slick
I wouldn't say DON'T do it, but seriously - it's a "pony trick" and unless you do it SPARINGLY and VERY, VERY well, it won't impress anybody.
Members LordBTY
The whistle register is sexy. If you can pull it off well, people will be impressed. Especially in talent contests.

Members Masklin
Record yourself doing it, and put yourself in the audiences' situation. Also think about how nerves will affect you.
