Hello, I need yalls input on a brand new Epiphone that just arrived. It's the Epiphone Jerry Cantrell bone white guitar. Looks amazing in person.
Question is (please look at picture) the bridge post for the low E string side looks jacked way up and the high E string side looks normal. The low E buzzes when plecked open while the 3 higher strings sound perfect. All are super low action, but the bridge post is so high!!!
Before taking it to a luthier, can somebody please help if this is just no big deal and a normal setup will fix it or is the neck a total lost cause? Can still get free replacement since I got her today.
