  1. So I put a 68k resistor in parallel for both R36 and R37 and it worked perfectly providing overall resistance of 23.5k. No need to remove those SMT resistors, no need to worry about destroying the traces!
  2. Ok thanks Isaac! I figured it would work I just wanted to make sure the wiring in parallel is correct. Once I get the resistors I'm going to give it a try. I'll post with results if anyone is interested.
  3. I'm interested in wiring a resistor in parallel for each as well. This makes perfect sense because in parallel circuits with 2 resistors, resistance equals =(R1×R2)/(R1+R2). A parallel circuit just means the current has the ability to split off in more than one direction on it's way back to the source. With that in mind in order to wire say R36 to start, could I just connect each leg of a 68k resistor (I'd prefer 24k overall) to each pad of R36 to wire it in parallel?
