  1. Been playing for about 30 years, have owned / used most major Brands of amps, cabs and Basses, some high end, some not so much. Currently have this GB amp and an Ampeg B5R head,Accugroove 210L and a Schroder 12x12L plus an Ampeg 1x15 Cab. I love this lttle powerhouse, and would def replace it if it was stolen or whatever. There is nothing I don't like about it. It would be nice if it had a built in tuner I suppose, but no big deal. Best value amp I think I have ever bought.

  4. ive been playing for a while and am pretty sick of rubbish gear. this amp is cheap and awesome.... and in my opinion much more than a practice amp. i would not hesitate to play this live with the external speaker... i figure ill never be in a situation where the amp will not be miced...so why spend my money on volume when i can spend it on tone. the amp sounds great, and with a range of pedals and guitars it can be as diverse as any other
  5. i've been playin it for about 6 years. I have a seymour duncan magnetic pickup and a G7th Capo. no regrets what so ever. I would say worth the money. I'll surely buy a Givson for its sound and strength. I don't like the pickup used in the guitar and i wished the pickup would'nt be visible across the Hole. I also have a Freshman FA 350D guitar which is scottish by make. What difference i've seen is that both the guitars are unique in its own sound. The Givson is not as loud as the Freshman which i have but it sounds great. Quite in comparison to it.
  6. This pickup is my favorite bridge pickup I have ever tried. I,ve tried lots. It is extremely focused with a tight bottom end, just enough high end sizzle and a unique midrange that is transparent enough to totally scoop out if you need to or shine through. The mid range is very workable. I like that aspect alot. After all the midrange is where the evil lives. This pickup is anything, but typical and you must keep that in mind when setting the height. Despite what some have said it can achieve clean tones. Awesome harmonics, too! I freekin' love this pickup!
  7. I play Blues, Blues /Rock, rock, old school metal, jazz. Don't use OD in playing jazz but for everything else this works. I like it, I'll keep it, 'nuff said. I know this is too many 10's, but I can't imagine how this thing could be better and the bang for the buck is just ridiculous!
  8. Been playing for 15 years, if lost yes I would try hard to find another.
  9. I have been playing guitar for about 5 years. I am an endorser for Tradition Guitars, Trem-King tremolo systems, Babicz acoustics, and others. I am in a young Christian Rock band called Messenger and I take my Triple Rec with me to EVERY GIG. This amp can now cover ANY genre, and with a little R.K. Butler Blue Tube 1 (soft blues) tube preamp, you can achieve any tone you desire. If stolen I would definitely get it again. I might be open to a Bogner or a Diezel, but only under extreme conditions. I paid $1750 for an amp that I love and am going to play for the rest of my life.
  10. i have had it a year and its seved me well i wish i had got a better lead with it though beacause the lead was really annoying. if this were stolen i would get an upgrade like an epiphone. i think its a good begginers guitar
  11. I have been playing for 24 years.I like vintage fender, gibson, guild, gretsch, valco, and many more. I know equipment. bottom line I fell in love with the pedal until knobs started falling off. no I will never buy another one ,nor any of digitechs products, and i have many that i love and are great. but a customer should be valued and i feel as if i am just another dollar.
  12. been playing 25 years.avoid warmoth and avoid being ripped off.wish I lived in the USA so I could visit them personally.
  13. The price is right the build quality is great and the looks and sound are spot on for my current rig. I am constantly switching out pedals on my board but this one has managed to stay on there for about a year now. I would purchase this RD1 again if I needed to, no problem. I have paid 6 times the price of this pedal for other drives that did not even come close to this. Like I stated before.. someone actually planned this pedal out well before putting it into production. I guess thats why it is a dedicated Guitar Center brand they don't want to be associated with somthing that would turn out to be garbage. I have been a player for over 40 years and have about 30 pedals.
  14. As good as any amp I've ever had. Dlx Revb Con Revb Super revb Peavey JSX Roland blues cub, Roland HC. Can handle most indoor gigs. Looking for a second one.
  15. I've played for 40 years.I own a LP,2 Strats, a Tele,a SG,a ES135,a Dano 12 string,a Breedlove acoustic,Flatirons Mandolin, and a Jazz bass.I have the Mesa ,a Egnater rebel and aPeavey and Roland ss amps.I sold a bunch of old tube amps after I bought the Mesa to help pay for it and to thin the herd since the Mesa covers so much ground. I was just abought ready to buy a Dr Z massarati, when I decided to try this new line of Mesas.I spent a lot of time deciding and the Mesa won because of versitilty .Both amps sound great but I could do a lot more with the Mesa. The 5 watt setting really won me over . One thing about this amp.For the first 3 or 4 months of owning it I didn't even want to add any effects to it,it sounded that good.I'm a pedal nut and have a lot of them but with this amp the only thing I use is a compressor.
