That's a really cool guitar. How long have you had it? hi and thanks for your interest,,i only bought it last year from a private collector of guitars, he wanted 800 dollars no case with it,,when i went to his house to look at it we talked a while and he let me have it for 600 im sure i got a bargin, as i tried a couple of new guitars and a martin but they wernt just as good as this in my opion..offcourse being a 37 year old guitar in 9.7 condition it would sound better as it has the best woods..... its a martin d45 clone and ive only ever saw 2 in 30 years...one in a photo.. extremly well made. cheers boss:thu:

IVE A CORTEZ J6000 ACOUSTIC MADE IN 1969-1970 ERA,,ITS A MARTIN D45 CLONE....ITS VIRTUALLY AN EXACT COPY..WITH ALL THE ABALONS DRESSED FRET BOARD ETC, AND THE WOODS ARE SUPERB WITH A SOLID SPRUCE TOP, SOLID BRAZILIAN ROSEWOOD BACK AND SIDES WITH A 3 PIECE BACK, THE CENTRE PIECE BEING A MAPLE INLAY. IVE LOOKED AT THIS GUITAR FROM EVERY ANGLE CANT FIND A FAULT IN IT ITS ROCK SOLID,THE WOODS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND WARM LOOKING......... I THINK IT WAS A LAWSUIT MODEL AS ITS VIRTUALLY AN EXACT COPY! IM NOT AN EXPERT PLAYER JUST STRUMMING BOB DYLAN AND SOME FINGER PICKIN JOHNNY CASH STUFF,AND GOSPEL ........I PUT MARTIN LIGHTS ON IT AND THE PROJECTION IS EXCELLENT I MIGHT TRY MEDIUMS NEXT TIME JUST TO COMPARE THE TONE..ANY ADVICE WELCOME!
