Same here. I've owned plenty of 24.75 guitars over the years, and never bonded with them. I'll definitely play them (my LP, Hammer) - but my #1 is by far the Fenders - I'll have to give a review after I try one.

...maybe because Super Swedes are long scale thanks guys, the long scale is pretty much why I want one - I'm pretty much a Fender player.

how is the natick one? never been It is pretty much where I do all my "hands-on" shopping. As with most stores, you have to pick your times (kids can be playing loud). However they have an excellent selection of electric/acoustic guitars and accessories. There is a nice room in the back to play some great vintage acoustics. Sales are pretty good and staff is helpful.

Them Swedes are nice, yah! I'll go to GC in Natick and try to play one (they are online anyhow)

The Viking got an Editor's Pick Award from Guitar Player. I haven't heard too much noise about any of them other than that, but the specs and $$$ seem right. thanks trill; looks like a reasonable mid-priced guitar.
