Ploytec GmbH: The Ploytec πλ² Pi L Squared - A Complete Duophonic Mono Synthesizer Now with Firmware Update 2.0

Schopfheim, Germany, May 1st, 2014. The Germany based company Ploytec, known for the production of USB drivers, now updates the firmware of the PL2 mini synthesizer to Version 2.0.
The PL2 generates an enormous variety of sounds – from soft to aggressive – with the help of two oscillators, creating four square waves and using a digital and analog filter.
The maximum duophonic synthesizer PL 2 receives its data completely via MIDI.
From now on the PL2 can be programmed for specific note limits and MIDI channels,
gains MIDI polyphonic aftertouch and velocity filter control, plus tuning, wobbling
and more waveform options, including bassdrum.
