Members Karma1 Posted April 9, 2009 Members Share Posted April 9, 2009 I recently bought a used Valvestate 8040 combo and I noticed that there is a jack on the back panel of the amp that is unlabeled and there is nothing in the manual about it. It looks like it could have been added by a previous owner, but not sure about that. All the other jacks including preamp out, power amp in, line out, and footswitch are on the front of the amp. That's the only one on the back. Anybody know if that's from the factory like that and what it's for? Maybe for an external cab? I kinda would like to know what it's for before I plug into it.
