Can someone please give me some information regarding the main tonal differences between the Country Gent + The Falcons

Im in love with them both (especially the black falcon) on looks, thats guitar porn for me!!!

How do they both play, what styles do each fit best and how versatile are they?? Im obviously not intending to play metal, more rhythmic rock

Cheers guys!:thu::thu::thu:

Both are versatile for rock. The Country Gent is a little bit less open sounding, due to its thinner body, and lack of f-holes (that make it more resistant to feedback). With regards to the Falcons, it depends upon which version you get - the ones with the filtertrons (humbuckers), or the ones with the dynasonics (single coils). Filtertrons sound a bit smoother IMO, while the dynasonics are bit rowdier sounding (due to the fact that they are higher in output). Still, you can make a filtertron snarl with enough gain (at least I can with my Brian Setzer Hot Rod). Country Gents only come with filtertrons.
