Tell me more about the Les Paul Jr Lite

I'm looking at a 2001 Gibson Les Paul Jr Lite that's selling for $825. But the seller is willing to trade it for my CIJ '72 Telecaster Custom plus some cash on my part.

I don't know much about the Junior Lite. Is this a good guitar? Is his asking trade value fair?
