Members MKSkud
I've got a floyd that could use some cleaning... I've got it all disassembled, can I soak it in something? I'm thinking of giving it a scrub with some WD40 and a toothbrush...
Members wimpy77
i just use a toothbrush. its made of metal so i wouldn't soak it in anything. just a good cleaning with a toothbrush should do.
Members jpnyc
Do you know anyone who like to paint model trains or toy soldiers? Those guys tend to repaint old stuff and they keep ultrasonic cleaners around, so you could buy a bottle of jewelry cleaner (don
Members sylvesterlowery
WD-40 and a toothbrush should work fine IMO.
Members SuproSuper Man
tooth brush, WD, or even gibsons string lube will do the trick, the string lube will moisten the grim so the tooth brush can lift it out easier, and the string lube dries fast and leaves no wet residue like WD does,,,or just use WD with tooth brush and just wipe it down with paper towel after to take off the excess...either should work fine...
