Members EJD
If you unplug the lead from your guitar when you're finished playing, you can get a year or more on a single 9v alkaline battery. The DG-20 set is a phenomenal sounding & very versatile setup. I don't know man... I just don't like the idea of batteries in my guitar BUT. Surfin' for Phil X videos, I found this Les Paul Black Beauty: 2:09 to 2:26 - that's exactly what I want! What he does right there is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for, but in knob form, rather than push-pull pot form. Is this naturally how P90s are? Or is there a special kind of tone pot in there? I would adore that in this Strat project, and is exactly what I was talking about initially. I've found many single-coil sized P90s around, so I just need to find out about getting that kind of control over the tone. There appears to be light at the end of the tunnel. 3:31 "I LOVE P90s!"
