Members favata5
Well I own a CV and several American Fenders and I love my CV ( Just gigged it Sunday). I have played a bunch of examples and they have all had great fret work and the necks do just feel amazing. The pickups are really great too and are semi-confirmed to be Toneriders. The only mod I have done to mine is add a steel block from GFS, which really did nothing, but it does look cooler. I don't own a deluxe, but I hear they get great reviews, but I'm not a fan of the Duncan Designed pickups or the 2-point bridge. I prefer the CV to the Deluxe, but if I saw one for the right price I'd snatch it up. Ultimately I think the CVs are better guitars than the MIM standards, but I do believe the classic series are better guitars, but not by much, especially considering the price difference. Here is a pic of my Cv and some of my other lovely guits: Nice pics!! Whats up with the green one? Ive never seen that color before! Pretty damn cool!
