Anyone know any guitar neck builders?

I figured I'd ask on here before I head to the mainstream likes of Warmoth etc. I just PM'd Atrox but I believe he has shut his shop temporarily.

 

Looking to have a custom tele neck built (main custom feature would be an ebony fingerboard with no inlays, everything else would be pretty standard)

 

Anyone know any good guys on here or any recommendations?

I bought a neck from Mr. Karosa on ebay. He builds neck by hand, using some great looking exotic woods (mine is bubinga on walnut). He also uses brass as fret marker, which is kinda cool. He does custom, too.

To be quite honest, his work is not flawless, but very satisfying nonetheless, it just needs some tweaking.

I bought one from him bubinga/bubinga. It was beautiful, but it had a busted truss rod in it with a drywall screw in the end of it. I ended up breaking the fretboard trying to put a new truss rod in it. Also, the heel was not standard size...but he said that in the auction, so I can't really hold that against him.
