Members SuperAmerMetal
Hello, I am thinking of installing a Dimarzio Evo2 and PAF Joe in a basswood strat with a hardtail bridge. Does anybody have experience with these pickups? I used to own an alder strat with an Evolution, but I have never heard an Evo2. Sorry if I am bringing up an old topic, but I have tried searching, and I can't find much information about this. Thank you

Members Kind of Blued
They're both relatively new pickups, but they seem like they'd be a good combo if you're ok with the neck PU having quite a bit less output. Personally, I'd go with a PAF Pro instead of the PAF Joe. I think you'll appreciate the bass and output boost.
