Body is poplar with a flamed maple top Mid Jumbe frets but quite fine No nitro but specila buffed Urethane on the body.On the Neck you have to ask Jay.It looks like almost unpainted kind of satin finish Roland Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members gqucool Posted June 22, 2010 Members Share Posted June 22, 2010 I just wanted to say thanks for a report on your new guitar. I have been looking at this particular model for a few months. I currently have a Xaviere VX 550 Semi Hollow Body Guitar Les Paul Clone. I really like this guitar but I am having some trouble playing it do to the fact that I have weak wrist from surgery years past. My question you mention about the neck on this VX-835 as being very fast. Does this guitar have a similiar Telecaster style of neck? I need something very easy to cord and set up for light action.
