Members blind radish
Guys recently someone posted a video of a guitar tech who showed a brilliant way to changing strings. I can't remember where the vid was (I thought I bookmarked it) for those who saw it, or posted the vid ... the guy puts the string through the post hole ... measure three fingers past the post hole, then does a bend on the string in that location. He pulls the string back to the bend, then does another bend on the other side but the instrux are more precise than that help ... it was a Great vid that I saw ... right after I put new strings on a few of my gits ... so I never actually did it myself. please please please yes ... I did try the search, to no avail.

Members guitarman3001
Wow, that's very helpful!! I've been doing it another way but this looks a lot easier. If there's any part I hate about playing guitar it's changing strings. This might make it a little less painful. Only thing I noticed, when he stretches the strings, he kinds of lets them snap down on the fretboard when he lets them go. I've always been told that that's a bad idea. Is it ok to do that?
