Members geekocaster Posted December 9, 2011 Members Share Posted December 9, 2011 I played one for a few years I swapped pickups for a burstbucker 2, and routed it for a neck pickup. I also added a tone control and Sperzel tuners. It's a good guitar if you get it cheap, One thing that was kinda strange for me (my experience only) is that the guitar will not stay in tune with the stock grovers, but will do fine with the sperzels. Typically i put on sperzels for quick string changes, and to remove string trees but in this case I actually needed them for tuning stability.
