Members batterista
I really want to make my own drums. I have a good kit right now, so I'm in no hurry and want to take my time and do it right. I think in the long run, it will be very rewarding. Anyways, does anyone know of any reputable, high-quality sources for shells and hardware? I'm aware of drummaker.com. How are they? Others? Also, are there any online DIY type articles, etc.? Thanks. I'm gonna be using them in the near future as well....

Members DarthWader
I agree on drummaker. You can also check www.amdrumparts.com if it's still around... haven't checked in a while (I preferred drummaker awhile ago). I highly recommend going into drummaker's forum if you need or want advice about anything DIY. Good luck, I want to make my own too someday!
