Members Dobbelcheese Posted August 6, 2002 Members Share Posted August 6, 2002 I took my Istanbul Alchemist series crash (17" medium) back to the shop I bought it from since my guarantee was still valid. I got back 17" crash, but there's only "Professional" printed in addition to Istanbul. It doesn't look the same, it doesn't sound the same.. is this really the new name for Alchemist series? I got confused of the new design, word 'Agop' for instance reads in the backside of the cymbal. My old one didn't have word Professional written anywhere at all I think.
