Members killthehippies45
so i've got my ltd Potbelly that has been tuned to C-standard almost exclusively. now my band's carving out some studio time and i want to retune it back to E-standard for some studio magic (i love the P-Rails). would it be too big of a jump if i went from 14-58s to 11-50s? should i replace the nut? saddles? buy another PB? Members kayd_mon
Obviously, the correct answer is to buy more guitars. But really, I think you'll be ok for a studio session.
Members lz4005
Try it and see. Before you go into the studio. It won't hurt anything. It will probably need a small truss rod adjustment. If you get lucky it won't even need that.
