It is if you are using old equipment and you aren't careful. Too fast a cutaway and the "A" tape doesn't quite catch up to the "B" tape. Looks like the questionable parts were dubbed in after the initial "mix" was decided (if that makes sense). Producer: "I like this shot instead. There aren't enough of Neil in this tune. Stick this here." Video engineer: *sigh* "Yes sir." (a while later, looking at the 35th try) Producer: "The timing is off a bit, but no one will notice" Video engineer: *sigh* "Yes sir."
